Lily Allen
All over the world, Twitter is taking over. And in the music biz, it's no diff. For example, Brit rapper Mike Skinner (aka The Streets) recently released three new songs on his Twitter page (twitter.com/skinnermike) while Lily Allen told Jimmy Kimmel that she Tweeted about hiding tickets to her shows in different spots, and in less than one minute, people appeared at the spots to claim them.
It is astounding. But is it overrated? And so, we're wondering: Is this whole Twitter hype for real? Or is it another one of those one-and-done fads that will fade out quicker than Mike Skinner's hairline? More importantly, does it have a significant part to play in music, especially for people in the South East Asian region who are only now starting to pick up on the Twitter hype. Tell us your thoughts below!
