Indonesia is certainly working its way slowly but surely up the festival circuit. And just as Java Rockin'Land gets going this weekend, Soulnation Festival returns for its second year running, flying the hip hop and R&B flag up and above.

Last year's debut certainly set the bar pretty high from the get go, with Akon, Ashanti and Che'nelle among the headliners. This time, the first round of acts have already been confirmed, with hip hop legends Arrested Development, neo-soul star Musiq Soulchild and DJ Havana Brown among the headliners. That's not to shabby, but the wishlist is quite something else, as it includes "it" names like John Legend, Estelle, Flo Rida and Joss Stone in the mix.

Only time will tell if these wishes do come true. So to all the soul sistas and brothas out there, keep those fingers snappin'...
