Twilight Actiongirl partied it up with Heineken Green Space

You know when you know you're pimp? When Heineken Music approach you and ask you what you what your favourite party would be like. And then actually throw it for you: getting Slowjaxx, Rogue Squadron, Flica, M.I.A. and Jee Hoe of Melee Punks to play, getting about 150 of the closest members of your insane posse to attend, and throwing some supersized board games at Bijou in Kuala Lumpur.

That's exactly what Twilight Actiongirl got. DJs Bunga, Ribut 10:59, ChaseyLain and Xu couldn't exactly go back to when they were five, but they came close enough. They were transported back into the days when they were just up-and-coming runts in the business (that's before they revolutionised the Malaysian clubbing scene), with their iconic black-and-white posters of yore plastered around Bijou.

But the best bit about Heineken Green Space wasn't the music or the fun and games, it was the look on the faces of the TAG boys when they actually got to step out from behind the decks, and just chill. Good work too - after the madness that was the last Heineken Green Room, with Filthy Dukes and Verbal tearing it up relentlessly on that night, everyone in attendance probably needed a day off to just sit back, have a few drinks and, erm, play scrabble.
