One word: Stellar. Panic at the Disco have come a long way from their Las Vegas garage. They sure know how to keep their fans moving and screaming to their music especially when they played 'The Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide Is Press Coverage', the crowd really got wild over that one!

Although the crowd was poor with numbers not even reaching 1000, (blame it on bad publicity), but Panic didn't seem at all disheartened and gave everything they had to make sure everyone went home as Panic fanatics.

Throughout the night, PatD played hits from their old album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out as well as Pretty. Odd. The boys ended the set with a cover of Steam's 'Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Them Goodbye' and yes, they also promised the fans that they're gonna be back soon!

Here are some pictures from last night:

Brendon Urie singing 'I Have Friends In Holy Places'.

The band, with Spencer somewhere at the back.

Ryan Ross, looking very much like an English gentleman.

I actually have seen 'Guilty Pleasure' by the cobras on Channel V. and boys and girls - kill hannah. funeral for a friend, and a few others i cant remember. I actually heard that paramore was coming down here - but its probably just a rumour. Would be awesome though if the cobras or tai did a gig here - first one to buy the tickets! but at the vmas paramore said that it would be their last show for the year, so we can still wait till next year. I cant believe A7X is gonna perform in singapore.

and very true - local stations do cause more damage to underground bands than MTV and Channel V. They dont even take care to pronounce the names properly. and to haiya, if the band becomes mainstream they tend to swap their natural vibe for a more mainstream one - and it just becomes another stereotype.

panic was amazing but the crowd was shit. simple.
exactly what sher said. who moshes to panic? that was just crazy. i got pushed so bad until i fell. that totally killed the night for me.
however, they gave it their best and definitely one of the best concerts of the year.

Panic and moshing, don't mix, sorry to say. the kids who were crowd surfing at the show made me laugh. did ya even see the surprised looks on the band members faces? seriously, concerts like Panic aren't mosh worthy, it's more pushing other people so you get as close as you can to the band.
but whatever it is, they gave their best regardless and i respect that about them and i guess our show made up for their show in Singapore.

PATD did ok i thought, not great just ok,they're on stage performance was nothing when compared to similar artists,i mean did any of you see Story Of The Year in Jakarta, now thats what you call rocking the house down..!However i will give credit to the organizers, the sound and lightings were very nice i think, especially when the its time to dance acoustic/solo by brendan, very nice...

I really did not like the crowds though, seriously,i know PATD is a pop teen kind of band, with so many teenage girls as their fans,bu come on girls, when you girls are coming to a rock concert, expect some rocking and pushing,i was getting "stop pushing, stop pushing" from the girls and the boys too..please if you guys dont wanna get pushed around,go to the back and dont go to the front..hahhaha
