Andy Uprock, an artist based in Sydney, has been cuprocking and bringing his art to all parts of the world. "Cuprocking" involves sticking plastic cups into the existing diamond-shaped holes in fences. "The great thing about cuprocking is that the fencing I use has natural geometric symmetry, which I can work with to create some out-there intricate patterns and murals. It's not simple but it is almost limitless in terms of what you can do with it. Inner vision creates apparition," Andy explains.

From taking his cuprocking magic to police stations and on top of huge cliffs and bridges, Andy has also expanded his art to include "braille poetry", where he describes the process as "solving Japanese algebra blindfolded". He's currently in the process of exhibiting these works of art in conjunction with Vision Australia.
You can read about everything Andy on his website. Also, check out our gallery for pics of Andy Uprock's stint in KL. Andy was down recently thanks to lifestyle clothing brand Mooks, where he cuprocked different parts of Pavilion in early August to the wonderment of passers-by.
