Snow Patrol working on fifth album
The album titled A Hundred Million Suns is set to hit record stores on 27 October. To get you all excited about the album, the band plans to release a single from the album titled 'Take Back The City' due out on 13 October. It has been two years since Snow Patrol's last album Eyes Open; hopefully the band won't dissapoint or else TV shows like Grey's Anatomy will have no choice but to use one of their old songs as background music.
