Malaysian music label Mü-nest’s new release, Weekend by Rist, is just the sort of music you want when you’re chilling out and in need of interesting electronic sounds. Rist, an electro acoustic duo, focuses mainly on instrumental sounds that blip and whir to create a calm and soothing audio atmosphere. It’s fitting that Rist calls this release Weekend then–you really do get the sensation of chilling out on a lazy Saturday while listening to the music.
