Are you an avid music fan? Are you always on the pulse of the music scene in your area? Are you nuts like us? Junk always welcomes content from real readers to appear in our monthly magazine and on our website–we're just so user-generated that way. There are so many ways you can contribute to Junk and thus, to the regional musical cause ... so show us you care about the scene and we'll care right back.

Be a Junkie! There are tons of ways to be a Junk contributor; here's how:

If there are interesting things happening in your neighbourhood, we'd love to hear about them. Send short stories about the cool breakout artists/bands you know or things happening in your college/uni to bob@junkonline.net. Who knows, Junk might publish them!

Been to a recent gig/concert that was totally rocking? Went to a club night that was just mad? Have evidence of the mayhem on your cam? Then send your pics to Junk! We love to see who's out and about so send your event pics to gallery@junkonline.net and you might just see them in our Rearview section in Junk magazine or in our Gig Pix gallery on JunkOnline.

Do you like compiling music playlists? Are you the sort to dig Top Tens? Well, how about moving a step further and creating a top Elevens playlist for Junk! We've got a different Elevens theme every month; get inspired by our Thursday Top Elevens chart and submit your own playlist to bob@junkonline.net for a chance to get featured on JunkOnline's Thursday Top Elevens or Junk magazine's Elevens page.

Finally, if you're keen to become a regular Junk contributor and have your name etched in our masthead, send your awesome ideas/writing samples with your resume to editor@junkonline.net and we'll be in touch!
